The bedroom has a queen bed and clock radio. Access to the bath is through the main entry hallway, which also leads upstairs to the large bedroom-sized loft with skylight and another queen bed. The living room has a convertible sofabed, making the total sleeping capacity 6 people.
Note: Person who checks in and is responsible for the condo must meet the minimum 25 years age requirement.
Unit Amenities
The living area has a wood fireplace, sofa, loveseat, TV with expanded cable and HBO, DVD/VCR player, and CD player. There is a breakfast bar with 3 stools that divide the living area and the kitchen. The full kitchen is fully equipped for up to 6 people and includes microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the basic kitchen supplies for cooking meals.
This condo comes with a skylight, deck, fireplace and spectacular views of Peak 1 and Buffalo Mountain. The building backs to the Eagles Nest Wilderness area, the Peaks Trail trailhead; mountain biking and cross country ski trails are directly adjacent.

The ski areas of Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, and Keystone-North Peak are allwithin 10 miles. Free Summit County-operated shuttle buses are available to these three ski destinations. Vail is only 25 miles away, while Arapahoe Basin and Loveland are less than a 20-minute drive.
There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and additional unassigned parking for additional vehicles. The Clubhouse amenities include indoor heated pool, racquetball, steam room, dry sauna, wet sauna, entertainment area, and 3 large outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, free outdoor gas cooking grill and spectacular views to Mount Royal. Coin operated laundry facilities are also available in the Clubhouse.
